Customer Influence Program

Customer Connection is a simple process directed at incrementally enhancing and improving the products and solutions our customers are using today.
It offers SAP Customers the opportunity to request small and incremental enhancements to products and solutions in mainstream maintenance, providing a fast and non-disruptive delivery via SAP Notes and Support Packages.

Customer Connection is structured along Focus Topics (Projects), which were proposed  by participating SAP User Groups.
The Customer Influence Site is the platform Customers can collaborate and co-innovate on the respective Focus Topics (Projects)
The Customer Connection Focus Topic Roadmap shows all running and upcoming Focus Topics (Projects).
Please contact your SIG in AFSUG if you would like to participate on the collection of improvements and incremental enhancement on the running Focus Topics (Projects) for your running SAP product and solution.
